Job Summary

The Account Service Representative will be a provider of direct support between the Client and Fulfillment teams to help ensure and support a high level of internal customer quality and process standardization on behalf of Scarbrough Warehousing, its suppliers and customers.

The key function of an Account Service Representative role is to communicate directly with the Client(s) and assist with their Receiving, Shipping, and Storage needs. This may involve reviewing each stage of the receiving or picking processes or examining the material to ensure compliance with the specifications or standards of the Client(s).

Position objectives:

· Maintain a complete understanding of customer service requirements and communicate standards to all personnel to achieve the highest standard.

· Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Customer, Retailer and internal Shipping and Receiving requirements.

· Ensure any work is assigned is completed in a timely fashion.

· Maintain a proficient knowledge of the warehouse management systems and requirements.

· Complete required records and reports timely, honestly and accurately.

· Act as liaison between employees, Supervisors, Management and Customers.

· Interact with the warehouse management and ASR team, Inventory Control team, customers/clients, and vendors.

Functional Responsibility:

• Audit Shipments, Receipts and Inventory Counts as assigned
• Fulfill orders daily for your clients
• Consult frequently with key team members & clients.

Account Service Representative Requirements and Qualifications

· Bilingual in English and Spanish

· Basic math skills, data entry and computer skills.

· 1-2 Years Warehouse Experience.

· Knowledge of small parcel processes

· Knowledge of LTL/FTL processes

· Proven work experience with a high level of Work Quality.

· Organizational and time-management skills.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Ability to make quick and smart decisions under pressure.

· Ability to work flexible hours.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Promote safe working habits and enforce the company safety rules and policies.
