Full job description
Qualifications:
Professional pride in timeliness, quality of work, and getting it right the first time.
Must have minimum five years’ experience in residential renovations.
Must have valid drivers license and clean driving abstract.
Must possess necessary power and hand tools to perform basic home renovations (we provide some; you will need to supply the rest).
Ability to read and interpret drawings.
Work well alone and in a small team environment.
Close attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Excels at organization, time-management and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Prepare jobsites – protect flooring and etc. from dust and damage.
Small scale demolition (bathrooms & kitchens etc.).
Minor framing (bulkheads, showers, etc.).
Insulation and drywall installation.
Taping and mudding drywall.
Flooring installation.
Finish carpentry including: door installation, trim, cabinet installation etc.).
Keep jobsite clean at end of shift (daily).
**Tiling skills are bonus.
**Painting skills are bonus.
Work Location: Hamilton and surrounding area.
Company Vehicle and Phone provided after 3 month probation.
Benefits are optional after 3 month probation.

Salary: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
