As a Remote Client Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our partner agency’s clients. Your primary responsibilities will include onboarding new clients, addressing client inquiries, and proactively maintaining client relationships. This role is critical in driving upsells, enhancing client retention, and facilitating the achievement of client goals within our marketing programs.
Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding: Efficiently onboard new clients, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience as they begin their partnership with our agency.
Client Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients, promptly addressing their questions, concerns, and requests, providing expert guidance and solutions.
Weekly Check-ins: Conduct regular weekly check-ins with clients to assess their progress, understand their needs, and ensure they are experiencing positive results with our marketing programs.
Upselling and Retention: Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products to clients, while also implementing strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
Client Advocacy: Serve as a client advocate within our agency, effectively communicating client feedback and needs to internal teams to drive improvements and better serve our clients.
Data Analysis: Analyze client performance data and share insights with clients to help them make informed decisions and optimize their marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in client success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in marketing concepts and the ability to understand and communicate marketing strategies.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
