Carecor is looking for dedicated and compassionate Ultrasound Technologists/Registered Sonographers to join our amazing team in Hamilton/Niagara Region!
The successful candidate will provide care according to the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario, the Standards of Practice of Carecor Health Services, and the healthcare facility where assigned.
You will
be helping to foster an environment of optimal physical, social, and emotional well-being for patients while providing exemplary patient care. Pay range: $56/hr to $64/hr Qualifications Our “exemplary standing” with Accreditation Canada is held to the highest regard and is a testament to the fact that we uphold the same hiring standards and patient care delivery as the facilities in which we serve.
Graduate from an accredited Ultrasound Training program.
Current member of the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO) in good standing.
Current registration with Sonography Canada.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital-based Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound setting within the past 5 years.
Proficiency in the production and assessment of diagnostic ultrasound images.
Strong understanding of vascular anatomy, cross-sectional anatomy, physiology and pathology relevant to ultrasound imaging.
Expertise in conducting a wide range of ultrasound examinations including various small and large organs, abdominal, neuro, pelvic, obstetric, and vascular assessments.
Effective
