In this role you will be able to work with your clients in their homes providing respite to the care givers, or at school enabling children with complex medical needs to attend, and utilizing various skills such as diabetic management, gtube feeds, seizure management, tracheostomy care and more. All shifts available, days, nights and weekends.

Job Qualification
Who you are:
– RPN/RN who graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
– Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
–
Must have
a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
– Updated Immunization Records, First Aid & CPR/BLS
– Current Police Check vulnerable sector Screening; valid within 6 months.
– Step 1 and 2 TB Screening;
Step 1 valid within 3 months;
Step 2 record of any date
