As a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), you will report to the Client Services Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring clients receive safe, comfortable care per their individualized plans. Key responsibilities include personal care assistance, medication administration, clinical tasks, and documentation management. Your efforts will not only support clients’ health but also foster meaningful relationships with families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care following individualized care plans
• Assist clients with personal care needs and mobility
• Administer medications and monitor health responses
• Perform clinical tasks like wound care and health monitoring
• Maintain accurate documentation using electronic systems
Requirements:
• Current CNO registration as RPN or RN
• Strong English communication skills
• Reliable transportation and mobile phone access
• BLS certification from a WSIB-approved provider
• COVID-19 full vaccination required
