About the Opportunity We currently have a vacancy for Registered Nurse (RN) to join our

interdisciplinary

team of skilled professionals. Reporting to the Clinical Manager, the incumbent is responsible for providing excellent quality patient care and

leadership

to members of the health care team within the nursing units of the Health Centre.

The hours of work will be 12-hour shifts, including weekends and being on-call as required.

More About You You must have a current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario to qualify for the role.

You will

also need to have Demonstrated excellent

communication skills

, both written and verbal;

Ability to

work collaboratively with the

multidisciplinary

team and community resources;

Demonstrated expertise in a physical assessment, health teaching, and clinical decision making;

Demonstrated knowledge of various computer applications and software related to healthcare programs;
