We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse with current CNO registration and previous long-term care or geriatric experience. Ensure compliance with Ontario regulations and support our residents’ health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the coordination of care as a Charge Nurse
• Guide and support RPNs and PSWs in resident care
• Monitor and evaluate residents’ health changes
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Document care efficiently and adhere to LTC policies
Requirements:
• Active RN license with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience in long-term care or geriatrics
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Professionalism and reliability in care
• Ability to work independently or lead a team
