Rene Health Clinic Ltd. is a modern multidisciplinary health and wellness clinic located in Coquitlam, BC. We are currently looking for a professional, compassionate, and motivated Registered Massage Therapist, RMT to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RMT who is looking to build or expand their practice in a supportive clinic environment with strong administrative support, direct billing, and access to clients seeking massage therapy, pain relief, injury recovery, stress management, and overall wellness care.
About the Role
As a Registered Massage Therapist at Rene Health Clinic, you will provide high-quality, client-centred massage therapy treatments in a clean, professional, and welcoming clinic setting. You will have the opportunity to work alongside other healthcare practitioners, including chiropractors, physiotherapists, counsellors, acupuncturists, dietitians, and other wellness professionals.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping clients improve their mobility, manage pain, recover from injuries, and support their overall health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage therapy assessments and treatments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Treat clients experiencing muscle tension, chronic pain, sports injuries, workplace injuries, motor vehicle accident injuries, stress-related tension, postural concerns, and mobility limitations
- Provide therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and other appropriate techniques within your scope of practice
- Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment notes
- Educate clients on treatment plans, home care, stretching, posture, and injury prevention
- Follow all professional, ethical, privacy, sanitation, and infection control standards
- Collaborate with other practitioners when appropriate to support integrated client care
- Create a positive, safe, and professional experience for every client
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Massage Therapist licensed and in good standing to practise in British Columbia
- Registration with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC, CCHPBC, is required
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and client-care skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative clinic environment
- Experience with ICBC, WorkSafeBC, sports injury, chronic pain, or rehabilitation clients is an asset
- Existing client base is an asset, but not required
