Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team at a well-established, busy multidisciplinary clinic! The ideal candidate should be a Registered Massage Therapist and passionate about promoting health and wellness through therapeutic massage techniques and have genuine empathy and care for clients. You will be walking into a busy, existing caseload and get to work collaboratively with skilled Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists and Osteopathic Practitioners that provide a steady source of referrals and mentorship.
Responsibilities:
– Provide professional and customized registered massage therapy treatments to clients
– Assess clients’ soft tissue condition, joint quality, and function
– Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual needs
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
– Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction
– Uphold the highest standard of professionalism and ethical behavior
Experience:
– Previous experience as a Massage Therapist preferred but New Grads that are eager and willing to learn will be considered
– Proficiency in medical terminology related to massage therapy
– Strong communication and customer service skills
-Have a current Massage Therapy Licence and appropriate Mal-practice insurance
