We are looking for an Oral Health Superhero!
Our Ottawa dental office is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our amazing team! At Conroy Dental, we pride ourselves on creating meaningful and strong relationships with our patients while focusing on providing exceptional and high-quality patient- centered care.

The right candidate must be friendly, energetic, professional, self-motivated, organized, have excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, ability to multitask with a positive attitude and strong leadership qualities.
The main goals of our dental hygienists are to provide oral health care to patients by serving as oral health educators and performing all aspects of clinical preventative services including taking diagnostic radiographs and images, probing, scaling, root planning, polishing, application of topical fluoride and prophylactic or antibacterial materials to the teeth and gums.
Qualifications:
Successful completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Hygiene Degree program,
Licensed and registered with the CDHO,
Valid CPR and first aid certification,
General computer proficiency and familiarity with various software and patient management applications.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills including verbal and written. Must have excellent English language proficiency, additional spoken or written languages are an asset.
Excellent manners, outstanding customer service and judgment skills when speaking to patients and dealing with confidential information.
Strong technical skills and confidence with using/learning computer systems and programs. Experience with dental software (Cleardent) is an asset.
Team player, but also strong independent worker, who is easy to get along with and has a friendly and approachable attitude toward all coworkers and patients.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with excellent organization and time-management skills.
Positive attitude and ongoing pursuit of increasing and improving individual and office performance and productivity goals.

Full or Part-Time position Monday- Thursday, with the option of a half-day Friday, no evenings or weekends. 20-40 hours per week
Initial wage will be determined by previous education and work experience.
