The Role:
Our client is a global manufacturer and distributor of building products operating in multiple countries worldwide. As part of the North American sales organization, you will be reporting to a Director of Sales and will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of accounts consisting of independent dealers and distributors across Canada. With current revenues of $40
Mil you will manage and expand one of the fastest-growing business units within the company.
You will
create and deploy sales strategies to align with the needs of various regional markets based on information obtained through market intelligence, knowledge of product positioning, understanding of specific regulation and policy changes, and key development opportunities. What Makes You a Fit:5 years of outside sales experience, ideally in a hunter capacity to grow the sales pipeline of independent distributors
Skilled in selling through a network of builders, retailers, and/ or distributors
Ability to
penetrate key accounts to identify decision-makers and solidify relationships with end customers.
Adept in developing and presenting sales strategies to key stakeholders, executing the strategy, and negotiating/ closing on key contracts
Effective in communicating sales balance scorecards and managing relationships with channel partners.
Ability to
