Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily leadership across underwriting and fulfillment
• Monitor regional performance and implement efficiency strategies
• Empower underwriters for risk-aligned decision-making
• Review escalated applications to ensure accuracy
• Act as a liaison between distribution partners and internal teams
Requirements:
• 7+ years in financial services with residential lending focus
• Strong judgment in changing environments
• Fluency in English and French
• Must reside in the supported region
• Underwriting and adjudication experience required
