Description
The Regional Manager will be responsible for leading and managing daily field operations to achieve business goals. Duties include leading freelance and employee staff, setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimizing performance, preparing and delivering touch bases, performance evaluations, and documentation, actively recruiting, and ensuring regulatory and company values are upheld.
The Regional Manager should be an experienced retail beauty executive and demonstrate passion for people, strong communication skills, focus on solutions, collaboration, inclusivity, empathy, and role model company values and standards. Must be able to recruit, lead and manage teams, ensure operations run smoothly, and achieve brand targets. Should be able to perform efficiently and demonstrate excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
Regional Manager Responsibilities
Partner with the VP of Education & Field Sales Senior Manager to develop initiatives, goals, and strategies to elevate territory performance and retention.
Partner with the VP of Education & Field Sales Senior Manager to manage the development of Beauty Educators.
Conduct weekly touch bases with direct reports, ensuring teams needs are being met and goals are being set.
Ensure excellence in Headkount retailer relationships, sales visits, and event execution.
Complete documentation for employees such as reviews, corrective actions, performance improvement plans.
Manage time and attendance.
Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and advising your supervisor on a regular basis.
Ensuring company standards of customer service and training comply with retailer and standards.
Partner with Human Resources for escalated customer and employee issues in a timely matter.
Ensure field team complies with Headkount company policies, communication, and training expectations.
Partner with hiring team to conduct final interviews for Beauty Educator staff.
Regional Manager Requirements
High school diploma/GED required.
Minimum of 5 years managing field employees and freelance workers remotely
Minimum of 3 years in Prestige Beauty Retail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Solid time management and prioritization skills
Excellent coaching, mentoring, and teaching skills
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Professional conduct in-store
Technology skills: video calls, phone calls, text messages, smart phone applications
Passion for people in providing the ultimate customer service.
