We are seeking high-energy, independent Regional Business Development Manager to expand our footprint. This is a 100% commission-based role designed for the "hunter" personality—someone who thrives on autonomy and unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Drive sales across our diverse verticals:
  • Equipment: High-performance distillation units from DES Stills.
  • Cooperage: Premium French Oak barrels from Tonnellerie Bossuet.
  • Innovative beverage delivery solutions via PumpKeg.
  • Analytics: Driving efficiency through Metric Numeros software tools.
  • Advisory Sales: Act as a Route to Market and Brand Adviser, helping distilleries and wineries navigate the complexities of scaling their brands.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage with craft distilleries, wineries, and beverage startups.
  • Relationship Building: Manage the full sales cycle from initial cold outreach to final contract execution and post-sale support.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the wine, spirits, or beverage technology sectors.
  • Network: An existing book of business or deep connections within the craft distilling/winemaking community is a significant advantage.
  • Mindset: You are a disciplined self-starter who doesn’t need a manager to tell you to pick up the phone.
  • Knowledge: A foundational understanding of the distillation process, maturation (barrels), and the importance of data-driven brand growth.

Pay: $42,716.58-$132,000.00 per year
