Job Summary
The Red Cross Youth Leader is a dedicated and enthusiastic individual responsible for engaging and inspiring young members of the community through educational activities, mentorship, and leadership development. This role involves organizing youth programs, facilitating learning experiences, and fostering a positive environment that promotes personal growth and community service. The Youth Leader will serve as a role model, guiding youth in their development while supporting the mission of the Red Cross.
Responsibilities
- Lead youth activities and educational sessions aligned with Red Cross programs.
- Teach youth on various topics related to health, safety, and community service.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages participation and teamwork among young members.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with kids is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with youth and community members.
- Passion for community service, leadership, and youth development.
- Ability to organize activities, manage groups of young people, and work collaboratively with team members.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
