Job Summary:

Responsibilities
On behalf of GoodLeaf Farms, we are looking for a highly skilled recruiter to join their team and help them find the right people for the right roles. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting in a manufacturing / CPG environment, and have a deep knowledge of the screening, interviewing, and hiring processes. They are seeking someone who’s passionate about discovering talent, driving company growth, and helping people develop successful careers. This position is mainly remote, with occasional on site visits to one of their offices in either Calgary, AB; Montreal, QC; or Guelph, ON.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
Manage a diverse range of positions, including both salaried and hourly roles, within the food manufacturing industry.
Utilize bilingual skills to effectively communicate with candidates, team members, and stakeholders, fostering a positive and inclusive recruitment environment.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies and attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including staffing agencies, to support recruitment efforts during peak periods.
Qualifications & Educational Requirements
Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
Proven experience in recruiting for both salary and hourly positions, in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of the unique challenges and demands of recruiting in a high-growth environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
