Job Description
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
3+ years of work experience in talent attraction, having exhibited a high degree of performance
Strong understanding of HR Management Practices
Strong computer skills, with an ability to utilize our internal applicant tracking system
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in Talent Acquisition / Campus Recruitment
Highly organized and strong attention to detail
Ability to work in fast paced environments with tight deadlines
Some project management skills or experience
Positive attitude and good communication with stakeholders
SOFT SKILLS:
Ability to be effective in both a team and independent working environment
Critical thinking with an ability to see the "big picture" in a complex matrixed environment
Intellectual curiosity and the desire to learn and make an impact
Problem solving and analytical capability
Adaptable with the ability to quickly adjust to a changing environment
NICE-TO-HAVE
HR designation
Ability to effectively sell and market positions within the Client Bank Group
Experience in the Financial Industry is an asset
Experience with Workday
