Searching for an experienced professional to perform all functions and activities involving local and International recruitment, on-boarding and housing arrangements.
Maintain compliance with Dept. of State (J-1) and Dept. of Labor (H-2B) regulations, documentation, reporting and audits.
Primary point of contact for J-1 and H-2B participants throughout the program.
Creatively attract and on-board local talent for seasonal staffing.
Monitor visa status, expirations and program timelines, ensuring all employees meet legal requirements for work.
Proficiency in MS365 and Google environment required.
Job Type: Full-time
