We’re now hiring a Recruiter who knows how to own a search end-to-end—not just post jobs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (intake → sourcing → screening → offer)
- Partner directly with clients to understand technical requirements and hiring strategy
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and creative pipelines
- Conduct structured candidate interviews (technical + behavioral)
- Build and present shortlists with strong evaluation notes
- Manage multiple roles simultaneously across different industries
- Maintain consistent communication with both clients and candidates
- Drive processes forward quickly—speed + quality is the game
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of recruitment experience (agency strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of closing roles (not just sourcing)
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter / Boolean search
- Ability to understand and recruit for technical roles (engineering, IT, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (clear, direct, professional)
- High ownership mentality—you run your desk like a business
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting in manufacturing, engineering, or tech
- Exposure to North American market hiring
- Experience working with hiring managers at senior levels (Director/VP)
