This position requires collaboration with the Recreation Manager and Executive Director to create meaningful programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating and implementing resident-focused programs
• Maintain accurate records of participation and evaluations
• Facilitate effective communication with residents, families, and staff
• Attend educational sessions on elderly care trends
• Organize and facilitate scheduled outings for residents
Requirements:
• College diploma in Recreation or related field
• Previous experience working with seniors
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Valid driver’s license for resident transportation
