We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist cum Office Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for our visitors and supporting the smooth operation of our office. This is a dynamic role that requires a combination of reception and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:Greet and assist visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Handle inquiries and provide information to clients, customers, and staff.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
Administrative Support:Manage and organize incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
Maintain office supplies and keep inventory.
Help with general administrative tasks as needed.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:Accurate data entry and record-keeping in various company systems.
Organize and maintain physical and digital documents.
Communication and Coordination:Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Assist in coordinating office events and activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably as a receptionist or office administrator.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A friendly and professional demeanor.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a neat and organized workspace.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
