Schedule: Sunday – Thursday
Time Schedule: 12 pm to 8:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Receptionist Duties: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer phone calls, provide information about our services, manage appointments, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
Laundry Assistance: Assist with laundry-related tasks, including sorting, washing, folding, and ensuring that all laundry processes are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns, handle customer payments, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their overall experience.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the reception area and laundry facilities clean and organized, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment for both customers and staff.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
