As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a positive and professional impression of the organization. Contract. $22 per hour

Roles and Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional demeanor

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner

Manage inquiries and provide information to clients, guests, and employees

Assist with data entry, filing, and

document management

Assist with various office tasks to support the smooth operation of daily activities
