Job Overview:
Yakirelbaz IT Solutions is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
Assist with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Handle inquiries and provide information about the company and services.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer service orientation.
Professional attitude and appearance.
