A renowned higher education institution is seeking a receptionist to join their institution in Montreal, in the pleasant Rosemont neighborhood.

You will join the team of continuing education and ensure reception and administrative follow-up in collaboration with your team members.

This is a temporary position for a duration of 3 months, renewable.

Joining a renowned educational institution in Montreal.

Monday to Friday schedule, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, 35 hours per week.

Hourly wage ranging from $22.36 to $25.

Renewable 3-month contract.

Responsibilities

Providing customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.

Ensuring administrative follow-up on student and teacher records.

Archiving records.

Qualifications

2 years of experience in similar roles.

Strong proficiency in the French language, both spoken and written.

Knowledge of MS Office software.
