Job DescriptionCCPA is looking to hire a Receptionist. The ideal candidate would start as soon as possible and would be required to work from CCPA’s National Office Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.
This is a fulltime, salaried position and the candidate will have access to a competitive benefits package upon completion of their 3-month probationary period. The position reports to CCPA’s Senior Manager, Finance and Operations.
The ideal candidate must be fully bilingual (English/French), dependable and able to multitask and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Position Responsibilities
Answer the phone and direct incoming calls to appropriate department;
Open, scan and distribute incoming mail;
Process CCPA publication orders;
Package and ship publication orders;
Track and maintain publication inventory;
Process CCPA webinar orders;
Process memberships for Canadian Journal of Counselling and Psychotherapy;
Prepare monthly membership reports for Regional Directors and Chapter Presidents;
Oversee maintenance of mailing machine and printer/copier/scanner;
Make adjustments to Avaya phone system as required;
Order office supplies;
Assist other departments as needed.
