Touch of Heaven Nordic Spa & Retreat is seeking a part-time and/or full time receptionist to join our team. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and has the ability to work independently.
Duties include:
Greeting customers and answering the phone in a polite and professional manner.
Entering data into computer systems daily.
Preparing daily reports by gathering, organizing, and preparing data.
Assist in maintaining the area clean.
Assist in laundry duties.
Other administrative tasks as needed.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word. Knowledge of general office equipment such as printers, scanners, etc., is also a plus (Not required but a plus).

Salary: $16.55-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 30 per week
