Ricoh is currently looking for a career-oriented individual responsible for a wide range of office duties. This will include greeting and assisting visitors, answering and transferring all incoming calls and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities

Courteously meet and welcome customers and general members of the public

Answer, screen and direct all incoming calls

Track incoming guests via provided software

Assist periodically for event registration

Conference floor walks to ensure rooms are well kept and supplied

Responsible for scheduling meetings and events, and coordinating with requesters

Review and update internal telephone directory and other front desk information

Monitor and ensure the reception area is kept tidy and projects a business-like image

Perform administrative support tasks, such as data entry and recordkeeping

Awareness and compliance of security procedures and escalation processes

Deliver the highest level of service delivery with key contacts and personnel

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a reception or switchboard position

Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop business relationships

Strong self-motivation to drive results

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Effective use of Microsoft Office

Ability to regularly lift and push objects up to 30lbs
