Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cashier to join our team who can work a 2:30 p.m. shift with closing availability at a bustling restaurant. The ideal candidate will handle transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Looking for Tuesday and Friday availability for receiving deliveries.
Duties
– Operate the POS system to process transactions
– Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
– Sanitize work areas and maintain cleanliness
– Assist customers with menu inquiries and provide recommendations
– Upsell additional items to customers
– Support food preparation by packaging to-go orders
– Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service flow
– Master Cleaning Checklist for Closing Shift.
– Receive deliveries of frozen and dry products.
Qualifications
– Experience in cash handling and operating a POS system is preferred
– Knowledge of basic math for accurate transactions
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong time management skills
– Familiarity with food handling and restaurant operations is a plus
– Excellent customer service skills and willingness to help customers
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
