Job description
Boggio Family of Pharmacies is looking for a Full-time Floor Supervisor to join our Frontshop team in Fonthill. The Floor Supervisor is responsible for receiving and tracking all Frontshop products that come in and organize all received products and accompanying paperwork with strong attention to detail, while providing excellent customer service. Duties & Responsibilities
Follow receiving procedures completely and accurately
Analyze incoming product order and assess priorities
Inspect and verify incoming products against all tracking information
Record shortages and reject damaged goods
Keep records/paperwork in an organized, neat and legible manner
Move and store product in its assigned storage location
Ship defective and/or damaged products back to vendor and keep a record of all shipments
Make price adjustments in POS system when necessary
Responsible for keeping receiving area clean and organized paying close attention to garbage and recycling
Break down product boxes for recycling and keep receiving area organized to ensure proper workflow
Keep current knowledge of new products and attend product training when applicable
Adhere to all Health & Safety protocols
Qualifications
Experience in receiving (an asset);
Able to lift up to 50lbs;
Able to carry products (i.e. walkers, wheelchairs, incontinence products) up and downstairs;
Strong technological skills;
Exceptional attention to detail;
Excellent customer service and communication skills;
Strong organizational skills;
Strong analytical skills;
Ability to multi-task;
Team player.
