– Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
– Conduct market research to determine property values
– Create and maintain listings of available properties
– Show properties to potential buyers or renters
– Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease
– Prepare and submit offers, counteroffers, and other legal documents
– Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
– Guide clients through the closing process
