Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed financial modeling for investments
• Evaluate cash flows and returns on assets
• Prepare proformas and investment presentations
• Support due diligence and market analysis
• Deliver monthly reporting and forecasting updates
Requirements:
• CPA or CFA designation required
• 4+ years of financial analysis experience
• Strong grasp of real estate metrics like NPV and IRR
• Hands-on experience in real estate financial analysis
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
