Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Ready Mix Concrete Plant Dispatcher and Batchman to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Schedule and dispatch concrete delivery trucks efficiently, balancing customer demands with plant capacity
- Operate and monitor concrete mixers, ensuring proper batching according to project specifications
- Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and construction teams to coordinate pickup and delivery times
- Maintain accurate records of batch tickets, delivery logs, and inventory levels
- Qualifications
- Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, or warehouse environments preferred
- Familiarity with concrete forming techniques and finishing procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for batching and dispatching tasks
