This Is More Than a Dental Assistant Role
At Lonestar Kid’s Dentistry, we are building a team committed to raising the standard of pediatric dental care in North Texas through clinical excellence, prevention, and strong parent partnerships.

Schedule and Locations
Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Primary location: Frisco
Team members must be open to traveling between locations:
- Mondays and Wednesdays: Prosper (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Tuesdays and Thursdays: McKinney (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor in delivering high-quality pediatric dental care
- Create a positive and supportive experience for children
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding care and treatment
- Maintain efficient clinical flow and organization
- Follow sterilization and infection control protocols
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Qualifications
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in Texas
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and ability to engage with children
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Open to traveling between locations
Compensation and Benefits
- $19 to $27 per hour, based on experience
- Paid holidays after 90 days, including major holidays
- One week of paid vacation after one year
- 401(k) eligibility after one year
