Required Qualifications:
Member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
Valid Driver’s License with access to a vehicle (preferred but not required)
Minimum 2 years clinical experience (optimal)
A registered ADP Authorizer (asset)
** VHA will support eligible OTs through the ADP Authorization Process with paid
education
