- Starting Salary: $85,038.15 (exact compensation may vary depending on the individual experience and qualifications of each candidate. Applicants with greater or less than the minimum qualifications for this posted opportunity may be considered for alternate opportunities.)

Accountabilities:
How You Will Make an Impact
- Ensure products, materials, processes, and services meet established quality standards and specifications.
- Verify compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, industry codes, and regulatory standards.
- Perform inspections, audits, and testing activities on incoming materials, in-process work, and final products.
- Review test results, calibration records, and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify defects, non-conformances, or deviations from specifications.
- Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and traceability documentation.
- Prepare non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective action requests, and inspection summaries.
- Ensure documentation is complete, organized, and audit-ready.
- Investigate quality issues and participate in root cause analysis activities.
- Recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Work with operations, engineering, suppliers, and project teams to resolve quality concerns.
