Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and supervise a high-performing quality team
• Drive compliance with internal and external quality standards
• Manage audits and quality reporting diligently
• Resolve quality issues immediately on the shop floor
• Coordinate calibration and maintenance of inspection systems
Requirements:
• 5–7+ years in QA or QC role in manufacturing
• Experience leading quality inspection teams
• Proficient understanding of ISO 9001 and CSA N299
• Solid foundation in engineering drawings and quality analysis
• Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
