Position Description
You will serve as a Quality Assurance Specialist in the Quality Assurance Division of FLTREADCEN EAST specializing in the implementation of AS 9110 principles within the Quality Management System.
Position Duties/Responsibilities
- You will ensure that the organization’s QMS strategic plan, mission, vision and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team’s strategies, goals, objectives, work plans and work products and service specific to AS 9110 standards.
- You will communicate to the team assignments, projects, problems to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues under review, and deadlines and timeframes for completion.
- You will lead and provide guidance to the team consisting of 2 management and program analysts, and 4 quality assurance specialists.
- You will serve as a coach, facilitator, or negotiator in coordinating team actions and priorities.
- You will ensure the audit team executes internal process reviews, investigations, and measurements of the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of services and products related to the QMS and related standards.
