We are looking for 1 Permanent Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team. Under the guidance of the Metallurgical Technologists, the successful candidate, will be responsible for ensuring that products meet consistent standards throughout their development. The candidate must have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and must be adaptive and flexible to meet the job expectations. Experience in a Rod Mill process or Met Lab experience is an asset.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Technical graduate in metallography or bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent
Computer skills, such as knowledge of Excel, Word, access database, and One Drive
Knowledge of Rod Mill process or Met lab experience will be an asset
Bilingual FRENCH & ENGLISH: oral and written
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Pay: $28.91 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
