Role: Full time Bookkeeper

Hybrid – 2 days in office, 3 days from home office

Work hours: 9 am to 5 pm on business days

Start Date: Last week of April

Looking to add a tech savvy full time bookkeeper with excellent communication and organization skills. You have atleast 2 years of experience with QBO, handle full cycle bookkeeping including following up with clients on clarification items and outstanding document requests, prepare GST/HST returns in QBO. To be successful in this role, you are organized with excellent time management skills and value doing things right the first time, and documenting processes that can be replicated.

Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with boutique accounting firms or sole proprietors in their most recent role with QBO, Dext and work flow software such as Karbon.
