Position Description We are looking for an experienced Software Developers to create the industry’s next generation Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.

The Software Developers are responsible for designing and implementing new products and features as well as enhancing existing solutions. S/He will collaborate with an
experienced team
of Developers, Test Engineers, and Product Managers throughout the development process to ensure the product is functionally complete and well-engineered.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must have
5+ years of Python development.
Strong knowledge of Python programming and libraries commonly used for data integration (e.g., pandas, SQL Alchemy, pyodbc).
Experience with
ETL tools and frameworks.
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., Postgre
SQL, MySQL, SQL Server).Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
Experience with
version control
systems, particularly Git.
