Note:
This role is required full-time in the office, Monday to this role, you will be responsible for the following:
Purchasing and Vendor Management:
Adhere to company purchasing policies to fulfill departmental needs. Engage in ongoing liaison and negotiations with vendors for top-quality equipment.
Order Coordination and Inventory Control:
Coordinate purchase orders, stock transfers, and delivery logistics, ensuring tagging and processing accuracy. Conduct inventory analysis and manage stock orders to maintain precise inventory and office supply levels.
Database and
Process Improvement
:
Update internal databases with the latest pricing and track equipment updates. Support
inventory accuracy
through regular cycle counts and audits, addressing any discrepancies with proactive solutions.
Logistics and Distribution:
Oversee the reception and distribution of inventory, including local delivery coordination. Manage all shipping documents, including Bills of Lading and Waybills, ensuring compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations.

Experience working
within purchasing and
inventory management
in a similar industry.
Proven track record
of successful vendor management and negotiations.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate logistics and manage documentation for
shipping and receiving

Certifications in
inventory management
, purchasing, or logistics (e.g., CPIM, CSCP, CPSM or equivalent)
Proficiency in
inventory management
software and database systems.
Competence in using spreadsheets and data analysis tools for
