Duties:
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
- Maintain detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations for review by management.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns or incidents.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety and security.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused during shifts.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various situations.
- A security certificate is an asset
- basic clean criminal record check is required
