Reporting to the Manager, Proposal Management Services, ourdiverse teamis hiring a detailed-oriented and highly organized professional with a desire to work in a high-energy andfast-paced environment.

TheProposal Managercontributes to the growth ofdiversebusiness units by responding to a range of Proposal Responses (EOI, RFQ, RFP, etc.) and other initiatives, for major social and transportation infrastructure projects in North America.

How will you contribute to the team?

To perform this role successfully, the Proposal Manager will be responsible for the following:

Lead end-to-end proposal management following Atkins

Réalis’ processes and best practices

Plan, schedule, coordinate and host kick-off, status, and color review meetings.

Work with a cross-functional team of Business Development, Technical Experts, Commercial/Risk, Legal, Marketing/Proposals, and others to coordinate and finalize proposal deliverables that comply with Client requirements.

Plan proposal schedule, complete assignment and compliance matrices, and production templates.

Review and contribute to the proposal writing process – providing high-impact, compelling writing on assigned sections of the proposals (i.e., tailored project fact sheets, case studies, resumes, and standard materials and working with graphics team to prepare visual components.

Monitor progress of the proposal process and identify/escalate issues that may impact the proposal’s schedule or quality.

Actively engage and contribute to other Win Work initiatives.

The ideal candidate:

Has a degree in relevant field (i.e., bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or other) and 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in proposal coordination,project management, proposals, for infrastructure, engineering services, or construction sectors.

Brings demonstratedproject managementskills and ability to multi-task.

Brings advanced writing skills and ability to transform complex technical information into client-centric narratives.

Is familiar with MS Office tools (includingdocument managementon SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Visio, and MS Project).

Is a collaborator with effectiveactive listeningandcommunication skillsnecessary to work withdiversestakeholders, authors, and contributors …
