GCORP Real Estate Group is looking to hire a full time property Maintenance Superintendent!
Our family owned and operated business is located in Halifax and is excited to add a member to our growing team.
The successfully applicant will be responsible for working at various small properties across Halifax — however will be centrally stationed/provided accommodations in a brand new apartment complex located in the North End.
Key job responsibilities include:
– Painting
– Cleaning
– Light drywall work
– Minor plumbing (toilets, zone valves, etc)
– Minor electrical (light fixtures, switches, breakers, etc)
– Lawn mowing/shovelling
– Apartment viewing/rentals
– Managing work orders.
Compensation package includes:
– Free Accommodations in a brand new apartment complex.

– The opportunity to work extra hours for supplemental income
– Yearly compensation review / bonus
Applicants must have some level of building superintendent and or professional maintenance experience.
Applicants must own a vehicle.
A clean criminal background check will be required of any successful applicant.
