Property Manager and Leasing Specialist Jobs in Lexington, NC at Confidential
Multifamily Select Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to become the property manager and leasing agent for a brand new, luxury apartment community in Lexington, NC This position will:
- Work with MSI team members to market and lease the community.
- Supervise all aspects of marketing, online leasing, and resident move-in.
- Take note of what marketing strategies work and alter advertising to maximize efficiency.
- Supervise all additional community team members.
- Supervise all outside vendors and ensure other community team members are working with vendors efficiently.
- Create annual budgets with other MSI team members.
- Maintain control of annual budgets on both income and expense sides.
- Work with MSI team members to create monthly financial reports for ownership and corporate office.
- Enter and submit invoices for payment on a weekly basis.
- Work with other team members in monitoring and tracking community property.
- Inspect apartment homes and property community spaces daily.
- Audit resident files and management software
- Supervise marketing and leasing operations during lease up and during normal operations.
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of property management experience
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or management role
- RealPage’s OneSite or similar management software experience
- Experience in using Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
