At Magsen Pro Realty our property management team services the Lower Mainland. We are currently seeking a candidate in managing our company portfolio. Being able to speak in Chinese would be a great asset to service a part of our growing portfolio. Our office is located in Richmond. We need an individual who is able to communicate effectively with clients and able to work in a dynamic environment. He/she will also need to have a keen eye on spotting problems.
40 hour work weeks.
Duties include, but not limited to:
– conduct showings and inspections of rental properties
– correspond with landlords and tenants
– correspond with contractors for maintenance and repairs
– filing and data input
– serving notices
– resolving problems
– handling dispute resolutions
– report to office manager and coordinate with management team
– respond to after hour emergency phone calls
Ideal Qualifications and Skills:
– must have valid BC Driver’s Licence
– must have own vehicle
– knowledge in basic computer software e.g. MS Office
– time management skills
– problem solving skills
– proficiency in English language
– ability to communicate in Cantonese or Chinese as secondary language is an asset
– BCFSA property management licence
