Performing repairs, inspections, and other tasks to keep buildings and grounds in good condition. Maintenance tasks
- Preventative maintenance: Perform routine maintenance to keep systems running smoothly
- Repair work: Troubleshoot and fix plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Emergency maintenance: Respond to urgent maintenance requests
- Landscaping: Maintain lawns and remove snow
- Cleaning: Clean and maintain buildings and properties
- Pest control: Perform pest control services
- Painting: Paint parts of the building that need it
Other duties
- Safety: Ensure that the premises are safe and comply with building regulations
- Inventory: Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, and order when needed
- Records: Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Contractors: Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs or services
- Projects: Assist with property improvement projects and renovations
The goal of property maintenance is to keep buildings in good repair and prevent breakdowns.
Valid drivers license is required.

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
