We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our crew serving the Jaffrey, Troy, and Peterborough, NH area to maintain 3 properties — someone handy, reliable, and ready to jump in and help keep our communities running smoothly.
These are hardworking towns, and we’re looking for someone who fits that spirit: someone who takes pride in their work, cares about their neighbors, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling day‑to‑day maintenance and repairs to keep properties in great shape
- Troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, heating, and general mechanical issues
- Keeping an eye out for problems before they start by doing regular walk‑throughs
- Using a simple Android tablet to log work (super easy — we’ll teach you!)
- Working with tenants and staff in a friendly, respectful way
- Alternating on an a rotating on call schedule with one other employee
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have experience with building, apartment, home, or even farm/property maintenance
- Know your way around basic electrical and plumbing work
- Can paint, patch, and handle general repairs for move‑ins and move‑outs
- Are dependable, good with people, and take pride in doing things right the first time
- Like working independently but also enjoy being part of a supportive team
